stayed for location and $$ not the "amenities". fair value Proprty is old and could definitely use bathrooms updated. Convienent to hwy, capitol, and downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location for the price The bed was uncomfortable and my boyfriend saw what he believes was a rat or some sort of rodent at the pool in the evening time. The location was great and the staff was really nice
Beware the Water Banshee The regular hydraulics shrieking (some kind of water-related screech in the walls) was loud and disturbing.

Good Didn't know parking was valet only, but otherwise was very happy with stay. Also, one of the entrances/exit is so steep it scratched the bottom of my car. :(
