left and did not stay when we saw the roaches there were roaches in the room. the bathroom door hinge is falling off. there was hair (seemed to be pubic) in the trash. the phone did not work. there was no tv remote. the front desk lady and parking instructor was really nice
1 star, too many issues. Room conditions were horrible. Entering the room for the 1st time, one of the beds was "slept on," and the bed was not made. The door lock security bar was missing on the front door. There were holes and cracks in the walls. The shower handle did not work. It was broken. The light in the bathroom did not work. NEVER AGAIN The parking was $60+, the hotel was super dirty, the elevator door was broken, my room was accessible to everyone because the security key door was just unlocked. AND the ac in the room was no better than a box fan. The staff were horrible and extremely rude especially the manager Absolutely nothing
Never again This property was gross. Trash all over the hallways. Stains on the carpet. No hot water. The cops were called because a prostitute was roaming around. Not please... Nothing
Slump Not very good quality Location
Fair The building seemed to be pretty run down and several parts of the hotel had strange smells. The parking also wasn’t great, and the elevator got stuck a couple of times. Staff was okay, no big complaints there, but it wasn’t excellent. The beds were pretty decent and we enjoyed the coldness of the room. We also really liked how close it was to 6th street.
Will not recommend. Only issue was one should of gotten at least a discount for to the issues the rooms had The property was not a pleasant one. Room had roaches, ac was not functioning correctly, phones were not working. These issues need to be fixed for the price that one pays for even one night. Parking why pay when it’s not even that much for what you receive. No refrigerator or even a microwave. Staff was good
decent for the price and duration i found a big bug in my room self serve breakfast, out of coffee, no forks, long line for waffles
