It was horrible and NEVER AGAIN will I ever use this hotel It was dirty outside and inside with bad odor and bed bugs on both beds I like the idea that it was Downtown Austin

Would not recommend The extra charge for parking . The parking lot was sketchy. The damage deposit you have to pay when checking in!! when half the property in the room was broken , the wall ac thermostat was falling out the wall, there was no light bulbs in the lamps, and a whole dresser drawer was broken. A lot of people hanging out in the parking lot at night and when you try to get a hold of the office, they don’t answer. I was a mom alone with a child .
Wouldn’t stay there again. It was in a terrible state. It smelled ugly, there was mold, we noticed insects in the rooms. The restroom doors were hard to open and close. There were lots of stains on the carpet and walls as well as the sheets and towels. The location.
