Will not be recommending to anyone. It was not clean at all. I was not comfortable to even lay my head whatsoever Staff was great

Should be closed while they renovate. Dirty. I would not let a friend or myself stay there again. It's really dirty outside and along the way to your room. The elevator that was working is filthy. I'm sure I was bitten by bedbugs. For the location to be this great the hotel is old and going through construction but the facility needs a good power washing. I didn't want to touch anything. Poor Dirty rooms. Old and out of date. Didn’t have any basic amenities. Very old facility. Close to attraction. Nice staff

In general, it was not a bad experience for one night. I will come back for a second thought. I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. It's the only thing that bothered me about the cleanliness, but very disgusting. The breakfast was not very tasty but I guess it's typical in America. Very good location. The hotel is quiet and comfy. I appreciated it. Staff very kind and ready to help.

Very Poor Hotel caríssimo, fui muito mal atendido pela recepcionista no check-in, o café da manha fraquissimo, pelo valor do hotel, o quarto tinha cheiro de carpete molhado, o banheiro e a cama estavam bem limpo, mas o cheiro do carpete não estava bom. Localização muito boa, perto do centro mas longe da muvuca.

Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible service. See above The place was filthy. The staff was rude. No one seems to know what they’re talking about. One staff member shouted something obscure then walked away without explanation. It’s so disgusting and disorganized. This was the worse stay I have ever had in my entire life. I hope to never have to deal with this chain again. Burning the place down and starting over would have more appeal at this point.
