Disappointing
I paid online, I had mistakenly booked for the following day. I paid cash & was charged anyway. I paid online but found the I had mistakenly booked for the following day. I paid cash and checked out the next morning. Much to my dismay my reservation that I had booked online was charged for the following night's stay when I was at home in my warm comfy bed and not in Austin. Not very welcoming. It was under construction. In room trash found on floor, faucet from shower broken water dripping all the time, no hot water took COLD showers, mattress had black stains noticed it since fitted sheet did not fit correctly, and no refrigerator available

It was fine. Would not stay again. Bugs in the room, overall dirty feeling, huge flashing light outside bedroom window, scary creaky elevator. Location was good and staff was friendly/helpful.

Bad I wish I could give zero stars. My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The room itself was in appalling condition—mould covered the ceiling, and the entire room reeked of it. Dust was thickly settled on surfaces, including inside the HVAC unit, which was both alarming and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we found multiple cockroaches in the room.
