This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Fresh bread and fruit, juices and cereal.
Bad Muy sucio todas las intalaciones aparte, nunca limpiaron el cuarto en 4 días, las instalaciones viejas y segun en remodelacion pero no vimos a nadie trabajando . el desayuno no alcanza para los huéspedes. pagas muy caro el estacionamiento aunque seas huésped únicamente la ubicación

I will never stay there again and require a refund. There were a tremendous amount of problems with my room. - The room was dirty and especially the carpet - The bathroom had bugs, a lot of them - The bathrooms shower head was leaking all 6 nights - In the 6 nights, the room was cleaned only once The staff were super friendly.

First time in Austin would have been fantastic if it weren’t for the accommodations. Staff tried to help when possible, Smelled humid like there was mold. Bathroom was not clean; the showers were awful, with little to no pressure. The water was either too cold or too hot and barely came out. Shower curtain smelled really bad, and the sheets looked stained. Great location; easy for uber pickups and deliveries. Easy to walk around downtown, and it felt safe.

Poor Breakfast room was dirty, room was dirty, we asked for our sheets to be changed and they were never changed, elevators didn’t work, property was filthy.
