HORRIBLE Experience ! I NEVER understood people who have customer service jobs and can’t seem to use there skills when they’re needed! I had a horrible altercation with the front desk ladie named MS.B she was such a horrible experience and face to the hotel! After a long 4 hour drive to AUSTIN she greeted me with a horrible demeanor and not even bother to fix her mistakes , I asked for a supervisor on site and she refused to call her due to her EGO ! Very Poor You had to pay $34 for parking on top of paying for the room. The breakfast was only a crappy sausage biscuit. Will never stay at this La Quinta ever again.

It was average at best There was no microwave, and no refrigerator in the room. Many of the lights/outlets didn’t work. Breakfast was fine. Location was easy to find and close to where I need it to be.
