Wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone The room was dirty and smelled like mildew. There was no refrigerator or microwave, the towels looked to be off white and dingy! Not a place that I’d stay at again! I was also looking forward to a nice swim, however the pool was closed and looked TERRIBLE! I didn’t eat breakfast, the way that the hotel looked and smelled made me not trust any type of food being made there.

Downtown Austin was great but I would never stay at this hotel again in my life even it was free. The hotel room had roaches that we filed a complaint towards and were promised a day refund and its been about a month and still no refund. The garage stairwell reeked of urine and feces. Overall a terrible experience that I'm glad I only came with the guys and not my wife and kids. The only thing we like was the location of the hotel.

Very bad decision to book on this property! The place overall, it was not what I was expecting based on the pictures and description on the La Quinta website! The hotel is very old and outdated and the website pictures don’t shows the hotel reality, hotel was dirty, there was no pool available and it’s something showing on the hotel website as available, the air conditioning is very loud and old which disturbs you from really having a good night sleep or to rest nicely, and there was constructions onsite causing loud noise v... read more
