Below standard!! Staff VERY unfriendly, unprofessional, unhelpful and a dirty place. Unsafe and unsecure WIFI, was unable to connect and was told to use a VPN. As I couldn't use the WIFI, I had to use the phone at the lobby to contact my family, with reluctance from the front desk staff who just shrug their shoulders when you complain. I checked out immediately the same day and went to another hotel. I would like a refund please. Nothing

Poor very bad hygiene. the tub was very dirty. the room had a bad smell. Not much

Disappointing Dirty - bugs everywhere in the room - bathroom dirty, room access doors open The staff were friendly and location was good

Never again. The floors looked like they haven't been vacuumed. The faucet was coming apart, the tub was leaking and wouldn't stop dripping, no hot water. I also found 2 pubic hairs in the bed. Gross! I prepaid so I couldn't get my money back. But it was so disappointing. The staff was friendly. That's the best I can say.
