I was horrified to have my students stay at this hotel and it will not happen again. The stairwells smelled of urine; the elevators did not work; the entire facility was dingy, dirty, and unkempt. Mr. John, the man in charge of the desk, was fantastic. He deserves a raise. Frankly, the whole facility needs to be demolished and start over. It was close to the Bob Bullock History Center which is where we needed to be but the rooms were dirty and needed repairs; breakfast was unremarkable.

Disappointed. The elevators didn´t work, the room was dirty, smelly and even the curtains where all ripped off. So disappointed, because i travel with childrens.

location is great but the definitely needs to be cleaned everything very dirty has roaches needs to be completely remodeled

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. Facility in disrepair. Mold smell. Left after one night when I killed a cockroach the size of a quarter. The people were friendly.

Be careful! Total misrepresentation of what the online pictures showed. Have stayed at Wyndham properties before so I booked here. This facility is dirty, old, run down and an embarrassment to the Wyndham name… so much so that we checked out early because the bathroom facilities were disgusting. Also, the cost to park our car, valet only, was $50 a night! Total disappointment. Will think twice before ever staying at another Wyndham property. Front desk attendant was very pleasant

Do not stay here! The outside was in much disrepair, windows filthy, curtains were falling apart. Reminded me of haunted mansion in movie. First room and second rooms were smelly, gnats flying around, carpets were filthy, black stuff in commode not to mention the smell. My wife and I had to leave in fear of our health. The health department needs to shut this place down. Nothing
