It was a room with a bed that allowed us to sleep while in Austin. The key cards stopped working twice in the days we stayed there. This is the first trip and hotel stay I've had that happen. The pool was too cold to use and not cleaned well. The room had dirty towels and a washcloth in it the day i checked in. The door allowed light in at the bottom and cracks through the side showing it's not well maintained. The room itself is badly in need of an overhaul. Needs some TLC The whole place is in serious need of upgrading and cleaning. Exterior walkways are dirty with loose plaster, same with the elevators, and only one ice machine was working. The place just feels neglected, like nobody cares. The staff was good, the room itself wasn't bad, and the location was good.

Muy malo Muy malo en la recepción nadie nos ayudó a comunicarnos en español nada más decían que hablaban inglés El servicio sanitario estaba malo y nunca lo areglaron lo reportamos , todos los días que estuvimos nunca se limpió la habitación también reportamos el segundo dia que no se nos limpió y sin embargo los demás días no se limpió , pedimos papel higiénico porque se nos acabó y tuvimos que secarnos con paños sucios

não recomendo maquinas de gelo nao funcionam. secador do quarto nao estava lá. estacionamento é pago e achei caro( 40dolares), café da manhã ruim como em todos os outros da rede de hotel. nao tem microondas nem minibar no quarto. localização
