1 The room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes a lot my head hurt from the smell and the employee did nothing to help us with perfume or something to remove the smell of cigars. Nothing.

Pésimo estado La habitación olía muchísimo a orines de gato, era un olor insoportable y penetrante, las camas no eran cómodas para nada, decidimos irnos, era imposible pasar la noche, preferimos cancelar la reservación e irnos a otro hotel Tiene muy buena ubicación, pero el resto todo mal

Roaches in rooms - avoid. Didn't look/smell/ feel clean - and woke up to a cockroach on the bathroom door frame (and who knows where else). Gap at bottom of door onto carpark, room smelt of fumes. Staff were unbothered by cockroach in room. Checked out a day early and went to stay somewhere decent. Fair location.

Woken up by cockroaches. The hotel is very poorly cared for, very dirty, the first room I was allocated the door had been previously kicked in, and hadn’t been fixed. Upon complaining I was given a new room, the room was very dirty, lots of hair in the shower from previous guests, a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower pole and sheets clearly hadn’t been washed. Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Entering the room I was welcomed by a horrendous smell, which I think was from the carpet, and blaring TV that didn't have a remote. There were stains on the bed sheets and the bathroom didn't seem to have been cleaned properly. Staff were a little cold when checking in, which may have been from receiving complaints from guests, but were friendlier the longer we spoke. I would rather pay more for better customer service and accommodations. The room rate was inexpensive but parking which I had to park myself, was $50 a night which brings up a similar price range with other hotels but better quality. Besides, parking garage and open spaces were very dirty. The location was great, in walking distance to downtown. The room was decent, the bed was comfortable enough but there was only a soap bar and no shampoo. Breakfast was lousy with limited choices.

We didn’t stay, absolutely unprofessional and dirty. What’s the purpose of paying for parking? If I’m literally staying in the hotel. Makes no sense. Never again Absolutely nothing we didn’t even stay here because of how incredibly rude the staff was very very unprofessional smelled like smoke!
