Very Poor Smells of marijuana all over Location

Bad time. - a noisy area. -a/c unit it doesn't work properly. -thermostat won't work. -shower won't work properly. Room was clean and neat.

Unlikely to return. The staff were either rude or unpleasant, the facilities were sub-par at best, and the room, including the bedding, was noticeably dirty. We were kept awake by two men and a woman yelling at each other across the hall from 1:00am to 4:30 am who were clearly strung-out and inebriated. Also, the overnight valet parking was outrageously priced considering the rundown state of the establishment. The location was great for what we were doing.

Very disappointing! No where in the booking did it tell you $50 extra to park your car. The property was old and nasty. Nothing.

Pesima El hotel olia a marihuana porque habia gente fumando marihuana en el hotel y en el estacionamiento, la recepcionista era grosera y despota. Se supone que la unica forma de estacionarse era por valet parking y no habia nadie nunca para estacionar el carro. El estacionamiento estaba asqueroso y no hay luz.

good location, but really needs to be upgraded rooms rooms weren't very clean or nice. front desk staff when we checked in was rude and did not want to be there and made us feel bad. Had to go back and get key cards re-done because she did them wrong, and she acted like it was our fault. good location close to concert in Moody Center

Bad The neighbors -all teens - loud all night until 2:40AM. I had onlyv1.5 hours of sleep!! Complained & no refund or offer a free stay!
