I would advise people to find another location The attitude of the person at check in. $50.00 to park my car. I I canceled this reservation due to the counter person saying there was a problem with my reservation and offered no help. Also, they were going to charge me $50.00 for a spot to park my car.

Bad I've stayed in La Quinta Inn in several cities, this one in Austin downtown was the worst ever. They had a hard time fix the card keys, I had to go back and forth from my room to the counter a few times just to get into my room. The staffs were indifferent and not helpful. The room was dirty, coffee and other complimentary items were soak into some disgusting liquid. One of the lamps did not work the whole time, and the ac was loud af. Do it at your own risk. Front desk was rude & on talking on their phone every time we interacted with them. $50/night for parking is pretty insane. Rooms weren’t cleaned properly. There was hair all over the bathroom floor when we first got there. One day, housekeeping was in the room next door cleaning, blasting music & yelling at someone. Such a wonderful way to be woken up! AVOID this hotel at all cost! WORSE reservation check-in person; filthiest hotel that I stayed at (rat feces and hairs in the bathroom and chest drawer was moved and saw a lot of dirt); room key did not work and I have to go back 3 times!; corridor leading to the room was dirty and saw condom on the hallway! Location is the only thing that I like.

Disappointing For the amount of money for a one night stay, there was no mini fridge or microwave. Parking was valet only for $51 dollars a night. Never paid parking at a hotel I was staying at. Nice area

Very Poor First room, broken TV, wet puddle on carpet next to ber from A/C unit. Was told by front desk they had no more rooms available. After asking for corporate phone number and being told they don't have it I need to look it up myself. They offered us a new room. Second room, tub/shower was dripping water all night, dead bugs on bathroom floor. Check out a day early was changed for two nights stay. Location was good for our needs.
