Disappointing Toilette ne fonctionnait pas bien. Pas papier mouchoir. La femme de chambre n'a rien ramassé et nous n'avons pas eu de nouvelles serviettes. La piscine, bien situer près de tout.

Poor The staff was short and rude with very little explanation of what was needed or what was going on. No one seemed like they wanted to be there and I felt like a burden asking questions. I got there an hour after they started and couldn’t find anything

Never again This place was not clean at all. Dirt all over the floors, black stuff on the walls. I killed two roaches over the first night so who knows how many were actually in the room. The gym is also atrocious (mildew on floors, trash on the floors, and a very weird damp smell). Not to mention they charge you $45 a night to park. That’s over half the price of a room. Do yourself a favor and don’t book here, and if you do park on the street nearby or at a close garage. It was close to 6th street and the Capitol

Disappointing Everything the staff didn’t care, paid to park every day Nothing it was not worth the stay

Very poorly kept building, elevator doesn't work, front desk had bad attitude, the room was decent. Amenities are very poorly kept, there is trash outside, one elevator doesn't work and the other doesn't go to all floors so you have to use the stairs. The attitude at the front desk was terrible at check-in and check-out. Even though the room was generally clean, the bathtub had stains on it. The room and breakfast were decent.

Can believe they get more than $65 per night for these rooms The entire property is so old and ran down. Very uninviting and unattractive. Must be new staff. Very incompetent and had to make several calls for help to figure out computer. Toilet leaked water everywhere. Had two attempts, four hours apart, of people trying to use their room keys to get into my room as if they checked in my room as well. Front desk called me to verify who I was in room. Terrible staff paid more attention to their personal cell phones than customers, not super friendly, room had a musty smell, not clean, tub wouldn’t drain and their was a hair in it, towels had hair on them, paint was scuffed and dirty, baseboards were nasty, parking and tax fee is ridiculous for such a place—total racket for the value. I didn’t sleep at all it was so gross close to destination
