Bad The lack of communication about the forced valet parking is absolutely ludicrous. The hotel is dirty and dingy, nothing like the pictures. The plumbing is suspicious. The elevator is definitely a hazard. The room was halfway cleaned. The overall “feel” of the place is dark and negative. I will never be staying here again or recommending someone. Absolutely horrible. The staff was mediocre and the location was decent.
Bad Dirty carpet , room smelled of mold and mildew no towels , AC not working , non working refrigerator. Very rude customer service . No Valet service in the evening was told no one came in for evening shift was given my own vehicle keys and had to go look for my own vehicle as only 1 person was working evening shift at front desk

Fair The walls are very thin, so I could hear the couple next door watching TV late and couldn't fall asleep.

Location was excellent, but cleanliness of hotel was awful. It was very dirty. Bathroom had not been cleaned. Tub was black and the toilet had feces on the back of the seat. Had to go to the local cvs for cleaning supplies. Location

Tolerable Cockroaches, unfriendly welcome, stained sheets, loud A/C, room confusion Room was larger, maybe too large. Bed was comfy.
