We will not go back to this establishment again. Inform us of any additional charges while we could still cancel the reservation. That was Stevie’s. The breakfast was enjoyable. We were not informed of a $50 charge for parking our car. We would not have stayed there if we had been informed in time to cancel. We were informed after it was too late to cancel the reservation.

Poor Førsteinntrykket var elendig. Personalet som møtte oss ved innsjekk satt på mobilen og var skikkelig sur. Teppene på rommet var ekstremt skitne og full av støv. Frokosten var fryktelig trist. Plassering av "hotellet"

Dirty hotel and rooms It was so bad. The hotel and rooms were dirty. The shower was annoying because it doesn’t have cold water. When we get in our room was smelling horrible like pee and We had to turn the A/C. Didn’t changed that much. I’m no going to stay there again.

Will definitely not be staying again or recommend. Staff were … let’s just say rude and along with a RBF, there was only valet parking, with in and out privileges but was overpriced in my opinion at 45$ plus tax. Valet staff were nice. But overall place was dirty. And right when we checked in and looked at our room we were only given a empty roll of toilet paper. Location was good.

Charges with no room and robbed. We were ripped off and robbed due to deposit info that was at the last paragraph of our confirmation email. Very easily overlooked. We had no room due to a large deposit we did not see. No compassion for a family that wanted to just get away with a budget set out. There was no positive outcome or any help to remedy the situation. I would not recommend, ever! Nothing The hotel is in a dangerous part of the city. The room was dirty , old outdated furniture and had a bad smell. Loud partying at night with guests drinking alcohol and music.

This stay was very uncomfortable. Upon arrival the desk service woman was very rude. Then once we entered the room it had an odor of mold and mildew. The sheets were also not very clean and there was not trash in the restroom. The vanity light was also only partially working which made it very hard to get ready. There was also a few cockroaches in the room. The only thing I liked about the property was the location.
