Dissapointing The room was still dirty when ingot there, beer bottles, a pizza box and the bed wasn’t made

Bad there was a big insect in my room

Horrible stay empty promises were made that ice would be ordered and delivered as all the ice machines were broken. Since the heat wave is currently making it very difficult, this was an absolute no-go. The staff was friendly and helpful so an early check-in was not a problem

Cheap hotel for a BIG price Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist was polite but very quick with answering my questions with a small attitude, I was very disappointed with the first impression. If I hadn't prepaid my 2 night stay, I would have canceled right then. There is a decent pool. It is CLOSED because they are going through a new owner, and it hasn't been cleared to open yet. The key card issue ruined our stay, staff needs to be trained better so it doesn't happen again The staff was unhelpful in ensuring our key cards worked all four days of our stay. Both mine and my friend's key cards stopped working each day and we would have to keep returning to the front desk to receive new ones. One of the staff blamed this on my cell phone interfering with the magnet, which I've never heard of before in all the hotels I've stayed at in my life. Disappointing Was kind of a mess with parking situation being done with valet only parking(or at least they try sbd rope you in), keys getting contially wiped. AC worked fantastically in foom and design was such go be more ecofriendly. Low key fan of super free free breakfast.
