Poor This place was a dump. The pool did not work. The valet service was sketchy

Sub average The pool was closed and the breakfast was basic, unhealthy and the amount of single use plastic and polystyrene they got through on a daily basis is ridiculous. They clearly don't care about the environment or the waste they're producing. It was also quite expensive. Finally, our AC was broken/perpetually on and very cold. We told the staff and they didn't believe us and they definitely didn't want to bother coming to check it out. Horrible! This location needs to be closed! Very Old! Had a Horrible odor! The 2 rooms I booked were dirty! We had the change both rooms! Beds had blood stains on the comforter and mattresses! If we could have gotten our money back would have definitely left and went somewhere else! Valet $51 is a joke!!! Why is valet even offered at this location. They must have thought they weren’t a 1 star rated hotel! It’s 5 minutes from where I needed to go!

Bad it was expensive and not handicap accessible that it was close to downtown

never again. the lobby was filthy. one elevator didn’t work and the other one was very rough. the tub/shower in our bathroom was so dirty it was unusable. the “free” breakfast was a joke. no waffles/pancakes, nothing but boiled eggs and the coffee was like tar.

Horrible. Valet took forever. Staff was rude. There was a roach in my bathtub. Location good, easy to walk to main places in downtown
