Very Poor Cleanliness 0/10 Roach in room, dirty, and smelly

Besides the location which is great, everything is a no and never again about this hotel. The levels of humidity and mold inside the rooms are so high, that even the carpet has a terrible wet sensation. The breakfast service is terrible. The building is super old and you can notice the need for maintenance. From the two elevators, only one worked and my husband got stuck in it.

stay away from here dirty rooms, keys aren’t working properly, free parking turns out not to be free at all location next to capitol

Poor Ni siquiera nos registramos, el lugar no es el mas adecuado para quedarse especialmente si vas con la familia, al llegar a preguntar la atención no fue amable, tienen espacio de parqueadero pero no te lo frecen, el ambiente de las personas que llegaron la actitud no fue la mejor y decidimos cancelar y buscar otro hotel.
elevator was out of service at one time . breakfast orange juice and apple juice were out of order only giving you cranb the parking price location

Won’t book again at this location The location where they let homeless people linger around. First room we got had a water leak and smelled like mold. Then we got a new room and there was dead cockaroaches in the bathroom. The valet parking was expensive and we still had to fetch our car ourselves one time. Pictures shown when I did the reservation did not match the actual hotel. Too many people blasting music in their rooms and throwing parties. N/A

location isn’t great, staff was decent charging for self parking, but had to do valet. breakfast was the worst we’ve ever had for a la Quinta, none of the juice was available, waffle station was out of order, coffee machine was malfunctioning and spilling coffee everywhere. staff was friendly and helpful
