Walked in, walked right back out. Based on the fact that the health department hasn't fined this place into oblivion, I think I genuinely believe in divine intervention now. This was THE DIRTIEST hotel room I have E V E R seen. Dust and crumbs on the floor, walls so grimy I honestly don't think they've been cleaned in my 3 decades of life, mold and limescale (and more mold ON the limescale) in the shower, stains and burn marks on the bedding (and I don't even want to know how much worse the bedding would have looked under a ... read more
Rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. I deducted one star for the following reasons. We were on the second floor and there isn’t an elevator. They didn’t have any rooms left on the first floor. There was a refrigerator in the room but it didn’t have a freezer in it. We use frozen water bottles in our cooler instead of ice. And last of all, the breakfast was very skimpy. The only hot option was waffles. No eggs or breakfast meats, etc. If you don’t care for waffles or cereal there were no choices.
Our room definitely could have been cleaner but overall it wasn't terrible. We picked up some lysol and sprayed everything down when we arrived. The $75 hold dropped off my credit card the same day we checked out which was appreciated.
We stayed here after a show a red rocks. The room was comfortable enough, but not as clean as id like. The microwave didn't work and the power went off twice during the night.
Our room stinks like Urine so badly that it is unbearable. Asked the front desk of the had any deodorizer or air freshener. The girl was very nice but ask they had some liquid cleaner that didn’t help. We went to Walmart and bought room deodorizer and scented spray but the room smells so bad that even dousing it with spray will not cover the scent of urine. It wasn’t a cheap hotel.
