The reviewers are accurate unless they posted a positive review... This place is run down. The water on the 3rd floor was so inconsistent I couldn't take a proper shower. It took 15 minutes for the water to come out of the sink. It was clear nobody has been in my room for a while but yet I get 3 bedbug bites... Do avoid this place. You have been warned...
This property is located in an area that is easily accessible and useful for business travel. However, the 'cleaning staff' are terrible. The rooms are often questionabley set up for the occupants with dirty carpets and bathrooms, and the breakfast area is almost always hideously foul. The front desk staff is often quite helpful, which makes me wonder why they don't extend themselves a bit a contribute to maintenance of the breakfast area etc..
Company reserved room with credit card. When I checked in they wouldn't take the card on file with out a phone call from person who reserved room. Had to use personal card. Hallway dirty and window blinds at end of hall way half cleaned to show years of dirt. Bathroom mold. Linens stained. Light fixtures broke. Smells. I can't wait to leave in the morning. It doesn't even deserve a 1 rating.
Place was a dump. Both beds in our room had stains all over the sheets. Our bathroom door came off its hinges. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detectors which I’m pretty sure is illegal. Holes in the wall, drill holes all over the entertainment center, dirt all over the bathroom. Avoid this place. It was disgusting!
Location is the only redeemable thing about this place. Outside of that, I had to switch rooms twice and was told they could only put me in three rooms. All rooms had stains on sheets and blankets, the bathtubs had mold and mildew, and the common areas and walkways were full of trash. The front desk man told me they are in a transition period with new management and that’s why the facilities are so bad. However, that’s no excuse for uncleanliness.
