Very nice, modern hotel. Good breakfast. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Nice well maintained workout room, pool & hot tub which was nice and hot. Shower room & towels in pool area were a nice bonus. Perfect location if you plan on taking the light rail downtown, the Lynnwood stop is directly across the street. And, since it's the end of the line there is zero train sound! Many dining options within walking distance too.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are large, comfortable, and very well-equipped (microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer). The included brunch and the amenities (swimming pool and gym) are real pluses. The hotel is also ideally located. We really enjoyed our 3-night stay, but the fact that my deposit was cashed (without notifying me) and still not refunded after 1 week (it was advertised as 14 days) spoiled my enjoyment.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good: waffles, yogurt, eggs, biscuits and gravy, pastries, bagels, juice, etc. Coffee was readily available at all times near the lobby. There was a hot and cold water station near the coffee that was very handy. Location near the light rail station and I-5 ramps was perfect. The room was great. There was a nice mini fridge with a separate mini freezer plus a microwave. We stayed with 2 pets, and the staff was very friendly towards them.

Definitely great service and clean and professional and super honest a friendly staff. Jacqueline thank u so much for finding and holding my passport until I came back them Vannesa. She was in top of everything to make sure I got a room on sat evening them Mr Zack very pleasant gentleman was make sure everything was good for me. Actually think the hotel rooms are great. Some other policies are absolutely terrible. They do not place a hold but actually charge your credit card for incidentals and it seems to take quite a bit of time for the money to refund. Never had this experience it any other Hotel. Also booked a second room with points in which they charged our credit card. Still waiting for that refund as well.
