I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel like this is important to give awareness for other guests. Back in July, my family & I rented a few nights at this location. The hotel itself was fine. The first evening was accommodating, hotel was nice but the smell was not. It smelt like weed in the elevator & throughout the hallways. Our stay was brief as we had a missed connecting flight and this is where we landed. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful after a long, less, than pleasurable travel day with our one year old. They had a crib for our baby. Our room was clean and quiet. The food at the restaurant was yummy and we appreciated having it right there. The gym and pool looked great. Over all everything was good. I’ve stayed here a few times now and feel that more attention needs to be placed on the cleaning. The sheets and pillows no longer have that clean and fresh smell like they used too. And the carpets are becoming dingy. The front desk staff were very nice. The kitchen staff not so much. The manager was great.
What can I even begin to say about Jenni and her team? They were friendly and amazingly accommodating. From assistance with transportation to get food, our event, and ultimately our 8-hour flight delay, they were always willing to go above and beyond to assist us. Rooms were comfy and clean, the pool wasn't too cold or warm, and breakfast was always stocked. Would definitely recommend for an affordable stay with great amenities and wonderful, accommodating staff.
Wonderful stay. Guest services front desk all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well organized. We look forward to our next stay. Perfect location.
