Great experience. Rooms were wonderfully clean and fresh. Had multiple rooms booked and the occupant of one needed some accommodations due to a recent medical procedure, Darius at the front desk was able to take care of everything for us. In addition to the usual breakfast, there is a bar/lounge with food and drinks (for purchase) open in the afternoons and evenings, something I’m not accustomed to seeing at LQ properties, but it was a nice amenity.
Stayed for the total solar eclipse. Within walking distance of Six Flags which the family really enjoyed. About 20 minute drive away from Dallas and the Dallas zoo where we watched the eclipse! Pool was fantastic for cooling down after a hot day out. It has a splash pad for our 2 year old that loved splashing about while our older two swam. Nice hot tub for warming up after a swim. Terrance at La Quinta was very friendly and accommodating! He made our stay super enjoyable for our first time in Texas!
Spent a long weekend there for the second time to watch baseball at Globe Life Field. This hotel is fantastic and I will definitely be back! Special shout out to Johnathan the restaurant/bar manager and Mauricio the shuttle driver both of you are great. The hotel is clean well kept the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant has good food for a reasonable price.
Within walking distance of Six Flags. Save money on parking! Great place to stay. Good was good that we ordered from down stairs. Free Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. Outside pool area is very nice.
I would give 3.5 stars since this place is really clean and organized with a great environment! But, the pools were not as clean as I’d liked, breakfast was not the best quality and with a few selections, the shampoo and conditioners they give you are tiny, and the Wi-Fi was too slow to work at. I prefer hotels with soap dispensers or bigger bottles attached to the wall but this place was good enough and not dirty. This place is beautiful but there are times where you feel like they are trying to save money.
