Unfortunately, there is never a great time for scheduling updates, and we had to take advantage of an opening in the contractor's schedule. However, we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us and invite you to return when work is complete to enjoy the new look of our hotel.

I would stay here again. There was some miscommunication as to when staff was suppose to clean our room and it wasn't done the whole week. One morning there were no eggs, bacon, coffee, or creamer and it took about 15-20 min for them to replenish the food. The coffee and creamer never were. It was only one morning out of 7. Breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast. I wish the location was closer to our son and daughter-in-laws place in Covington.

Please know that we offer housekeeping visits after the third day of stay or upon request. i am sorry for any miscommunication between our team members as to when you needed service. Visitors can exit through the side doors, but for security reasons, the only entrance to the hotel is through the main doors. After dark (or a time set by the management team), Guests will need to have their room key to gain access to the building. Our valued patrons must feel comfortable and enjoy a worry-free stay with us in Auburn.
