Best customer service EVER!!! Pet area outside needs a bit of sprucing up (really muddy) and more routine cleaning up after those terrible owners that don't pick up after their pets. The staff were all wonderful from check in at the front desk to maintenance passing by in the hall to housekeeping in the morning. The front desk associate Ashley was EXCEPTIONAL. Clean, attractive, and comfortable, with an excellent location and friendly staff. Parking spaces are very narrow. There has been a lot of thought put into keeping guests and staff as safe as possible during the pandemic that we're now experiencing. The hotel is clean and well cared for, and staff is friendly and efficient.
