Exceptional The cold breakfast The cleanliness of the hotel and the front desk service
Overall GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (JACOB; RAY; JOSH & MS. SELINA) and HOUSEKEEPING, too. The only problem was there were 3 adults in the room, with only 2 face towels. Breakfast choices were exceptional, but, I prefer whole milk. The location of the breakfast room was a few steps from my room. The room was nice and the location of the room was, too.

Very Good Just 2 items stopped me short of a great review. The bathroom had no bath towels at the time, which was resolved fairly quickly. The other item was a leftover pizza in the refrigerator, which made it smell. We fixed that problem ourself. The location was good for our trip reason. The area felt safe.

I enjoyed my stay here & would stay here again! The ice machine not working, but other than that, I have no complaints. It was easy to get to from the Highway & very close to the venue for the event I was attending. The breakfast was fair seeing as how we are still dealing with the pandemic. My room was very clean & comfortable & the staff were very friendly & helpful. The lobby ice machine wasn’t working but the front desk personnel were quick to get me a bucket of ice when I needed it.

It was very close to my job. Hot breakfast and hot water It lsxnot hot had trouble with having hot water for 3 morning out of my stay . Staff never offered confinsations for it after being there for 6 days
