Excellent The bed was Too Soft, a person with a bad back needs to have a much firmer mattress. We will let the staff know next time. We like everything about the room and breakfast. The only reason why not is listed below.

I was pleased with the experience and will stay with Comfort Inn & Suites in the future. I stayed at another Comfort Inn & Suites in Mansfield, a few weeks before. At the Mansfield location, two bottles of water per day, were included in the room price and available in the room at the time of check-in. The Cedar Hill location didn’t offer this feature. Our stay was short, but very nice. Booking.com handling of my reservation. If I hadn't called in to change my reservation, I would not have found out that Booking.com had not made the reservation. The staff assisted me graciously and thoroughly, so no disaster occurred on Thanksgiving night for my family with 2 children under 6. Booking.com never responded or put through my messages for help. First and last time I am using them. Deleting the app after this review. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

LOOKIN 4 CLASS , REASONABLE$ & A1 SERVICE? STOP HERE! Tub to low. But overall ill give a 100. Loved the rooms, spacious, comfortable, very clean, great parking, well lit, felt safe, staff polite and a A+ to the young lady in the breakfast area she is so warm and inviting and goes beyond to provide awesome food and excellent customer service. This is our 3nd time here and each time she treats all guest awesome. She highlights the hotel well Id recommend this place to all
