Much better than I expected! At a different chain in another town there were bottles of water on the dresser with a price of $3.50 each. I chose not to use those. At this hotel there was a cold water of bottle a bag of snacks waiting with a note saying they were free. Such a nice touch. The room was very roomy and comfy.
You get what you pay for The smell of the hotel. The feel and look inside was of a 'motel'. The dining room chairs and carpet were dirty. I think in a dining room area the floors should be non carpeted if you're not going to invest in keeping the carpet clean. And the same for the chairs, should not be cloth. It was in a good location. They quickly resolved any issues. The iron wasn't working and the ironing board was broke. They quickly replaced them. Exceptional There were stains on the pillow and comforter The room was spacious and comfortable and clean
Vannucch felt like royality. The only wish I could have had was to be able to stay longer!!! The manager was outstanding, truly cares about your visit, assisted me to recover my ortho-pillow at a different hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast at this hotel wins over all of the other ones we have stayed at. Win- win.

Overall It wss a great experience ! I would definetely go back !! A little noisy staff should do better at controlling the noise level of customers and also get better room keys I had to switch keys 3 times because of malfunctions The pet friendliness and accomodations
