Excellent Pool not open. Wasn't told that when we checked in. Had a 5 yr old that had been traveling for 8 hrs. All he was looking forward to. Seems there should have been action taken to fix pools problem. It's not like there's anything else for kids to do there. Any info as far as where ice machines/vending should be upfront. Maybe with a map. Staff was kind. Close to highway we were traveling. Breakfast was good.
Exceptional Several times I went to front desk and employee is outside smoking and had to wait both times
Exceptional The only issue I had was the people that stayed had no respect for others. Just very loud. Slamming doors and running through the room and didn't care who was below them.

Glue, and tape on headboard the first thing we noticed was the head board was glued, taped and pieces of gold trim missing. Noise from room next door until 3 am. Cleaning staff didnt speak english at all.
Geeat for an overnight on the way to Galveston Nice, clean, large room with a comfortable bed.

Exceptional That the total amount on the booking did not include the taxes at time of booking. Therefore it was a surprise when checking out. Clean, BIG rooms, comfortable bed and pillows.
