Really surprised. I called to get a quote for a friend to stay for a month. The phone would ring and then a woman says “hello”. I even responded oh I must have the wrong number, I’m trying to call a hotel. She responds “okay”!?! Then I call back to hear “hello”. I’m like gf if you can’t even represent your hotel better then just “hello”, we don’t need to be spending hundreds of dollars at your work place. Thanks but no thanks.
This is a very nice location. Super clean, super friendly staff. Very safe place.
Overall great experience. Front desk wasn’t very impressive on the “welcoming” aspect but she was attentive once approached, so nothing negative to say here but not impressed either. Indoor pool, big breakfast.
Oh boy! Did we pick the wrong place to stay for the night. This place looks OK until you get into the rooms. 1st off, the room smells of pet urine. Then I was informed that pets are not allowed on the beds. WTH!? The bathroom had hair all over the floor, shower walls and the tub itself. We didn't want to walk in the room without shoes on.That tells me that housekeeping is not doing their jobs, and management isn't checking their employees work. We will not stay here again.
Absolutely amazing experience. Staff were super friendly.
