Euless hotel Hotel was good. Staff not to friendly. When we got to room there was light out, phone didn’t work, shower head was broken.
Front receptionist were all wonderful, especially the younger girl. I can’t remember her name but she was very helpful and sweet.
Great service, friendly staff. Will stay again.
I didn’t like that I had to go to lobby to get my own towels when I needed them.
Good value
The hotel staff were so accommodating and kind. We dropped off our rental vehicle at the airport the evening before, and the shuttle service picked us up to bring us to the hotel. The morning shuttle service was excellent. Only 11 minutes to the airport. There is a Thai and Italian restaurant nearby, within walking distance.
