Older property with a couple of non-employees hanging around. Shuttle service is 24 hours so driver took me to a local convenience store. They will also drive you to a restaurant. All hotel staff were excellent with attitude and service. Convenient to the airport and clean, quiet room.

The staff was very friendly and as helpful as they could be. The gym equipment was dirty and needed to be maintained. There weren’t any cleaning products for the gym so I had to ask for some. The gentleman gave me what he had and it was Pledge. The pool needed treatment really bad. My kids went to get in the hot tub and there was poop in it. There were also a lot of people in the pool after hours the night before. House keeping looked tired and overworked but they were as friendly as they could be. We had to overnight here when our flight was cancelled. We waited more than an hour for the shuttle because, maybe because of staffing problems, no one was answering the front desk phone. Both shuttle drivers, on the other hand, were incredibly helpful. But it's hard when you're exhausted, waiting in a dark fume-y parking garage, and not sure you'll ever get to the hotel.

The facility was older with wallpaper starting to give way. The refrigerator in our room was not cooling properly, despite repair while we were there. We could not refrigerate food safely. Otherwise it was fine. Very nice room and bed. Oh, and the night manager was gone for quite some time when we checked in. There was a line of people waiting. I had to make a phone call to get the manager to come out. And we had to request that our room be cleaned each day due to Covid. The pool is also in need of replastering. Quite rough.

Excellent service and options for transportation. The room was immaculate. Will definitely consider staying here again.
