My room door did not lock. I didn't report. It never was taken care of. In the 3 days I was there. My room was clean only once.

I was pleasantly surprised with the location of the property. I loved the little lake, and all the different birds that came up to the hotel. Pleasantly surprised to find the pool and hot tub were open, it made my husband happy to have it. The location was central to the beaches and visits with my family. I grew up in the area, but it has definitely expanded, big difference from 30 years ago. The staff was helpful and able to give us directions and suggestions as where to get food and how to get around the local area.
