Pleasant The guy who checked me in on night shift was rude, dismissive, unhelpful, snooty, and talked down to me instead of listening. Had he paid attention to what i had said, he wouldve seen the room was already paid for. But, instead he added not one, but TWO more charges to my debit card, causing THREE charges for one room for one night. Disrespectful is a good adjective for this man. Very Good The elevator broke, and we had to carry all of our baggage down the stairs. The staff was very nice and apologetic about it. The staff was very nice and friendly.
