Probably would pick a different hotel next time My room smelled really bad to the point that I had to go to Target and get candles and they couldn't give me a different room because I checked in early The staff was great

Disappointing Big noises during the night coming from a water pipe seems like. The shower faucet very week, the one in the bottom needs to be fixed because it doesn’t close very well. I couldn’t rest. Breakfast area needs better logistics. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Freezing room The heater in my room wasn’t functioning and the repair person could only come the day after which was too late. I was freezing and had to use my hairdryer to warm me up and warm up my bed. Not the experience I was looking for The room was spacious

Bad The desk clerk. Rude. Argumentative. And just seemed to try and make our stay bad. We left and went to another hotel. I saw several other people do the same thing. 10/10/2024 2:30 pm. The front desk clerk was terrible. Had had a terrible attitude and wasn’t helpful at all. Matter of fact, he was very rude and we canceled our stay because of the way we were treated. This person simply should not be working in customer service. Zero stars.
