Awful… room, some of the staff, breakfast Room itself… kinds run down. Certainly wasn’t what was on the website Staff … made a reservation for a ride to cruise port and they didn’t have room for us so had to take an Uber The location was ok.

Title Breakfast was dystopian. Garbage trucks seem to be hard at work in the back alley every day at 5 am. Don't look too hard at the interior finishings. Staff was nice. Bed wasn't too soft or too hard. Shower pressure was adequate. Good location in the sense that it's a 10-30 minute walk from everything.
Would not recommend The rooms weren’t thoroughly clean. It just had a feel of “dirty” all around. Would not stay longer than a night. It was good enough for a night Which is not necessarily a good thing.

Very Poor low attention. Paying for parking which often is not available - they have less slots than they paid and I still cannot get a TAX invoice from the hotel - this is a shame! Just location. This is the only one good thing in the Hotel

Bad They doubled charged me. I gave my card upon check in and said that we would split the payment with my friends upon check out. We paid upon check out and I never got a refund from the charge they took upon check in

Poor The room was gross. Noises all night long keeping the whole family awake and kept waking up the baby. The location was perfect

I didn't get to stay because Booking.com didn't make the reservation. What I liked - was the assistant general manager and how accommodating she tried to be for me. When I arrived there was no reservation in their system due to Booking.com not completing it. And the hotel was sold out by that point. I had no where to stay and she repeatedly called Booking.com to have them resolve the situation.
