Location - great, facilities - not so much The wifi was terribly slow and breakfast can be better instead of putting frozen meals there Located in downtown Seattle. Walkable distance to Space Needle, MoPop etc

Good location if you are visiting downtown but not much comfy beds. The pillows are just horrible. They were either flat or hard as a rock. Everyday I woke up with a sore neck and back. The room always smelt like a damp place. The carpet didn't seem clean either. For the price we paid, the breakfast was subpar. I was expecting some hot breakfast (fresh eggs etc.) but instead there were frozen breakfast meals. Bagels weren't cut and the slicer didn't work well. Nothing special about the coffee. I had a place to lay my head . Probably will NOT choose this location again. 1. Was not provided the room assignment that was requested at time of booking. 2. The a/c unit in the room did not work. The complaint was made to the night manager. His response was to "send security up to take a look at it". What was security supposed to do to the a/c unit?, arrest it. I do see there was a request for the rooms to be adjoining or close together. The staff were helpful. Handy for space needle. Rooms a bit dark out dated decor ceiling arttex was of a low standard. Location was good. Breakfast cereals not enough variety The coffee was of a very low standard. When busy there should have been more staff . One man was expected to replenish Breakfast area and deal with reception. I thought he handled it well.

hotel para un día en la cuidad olor a humedad de las habitaciones, la alfombra sucia y vieja, se necesita remodelación !! parqueos muy pequeños y hay que pagar por ese servicio ubicación

no estoy satisfecha Lamentablemente el hotel esta viejo, muchas areas se ven sucias como elevadores y alfombras, tiene un olor muy desagradable, la camarera de muy mal humor, en general le falta mantenimiento, y limpieza. La atencion del personal de recepcion es buena y amable, el desayuno no muy variado ni muy bueno. la habitacion muy espaciosa con refrigerador, microondas y tv.

We will not be back. Room was old and kind of gross. Awful parking, huge fee and couldn’t even use my car without losing my spot. TINy spaces
