will not be staying here again I didn't like that parking was available but I was charged to have it available... Also there was no breakfast. Covid is part of life now and other hotels are serving breakfast.. Also they didn't offer me water. bed was comfortable

Fair There were several issues. Phone didn't work and after fixed no one answered. Remote did not work until fixing twice. Wasn't clean. Furniture is scared. Garbage trucks in the morning on north side. No real breakfast but restaurants open next door and across the street? Location is great.

Disappointing Bathroom sink was cracked lamp in between beds was rusted one receptacle was blown Bathroom receptacle plug was not working either I work for Wyndum I was shocked at the condition of the building

I have personally replaced the lamp in the room and maintenance is currently repairing the sink. In the bathroom, found that the GFCI had been tripped and have reset it so the outlet in the bathroom works for the next guest. zeeBusy street, not as easy to get to and from disaster! I stated above. I was late due to a flight delay and my reservation after calling was cancelled. Then I was charged twice. Kind of a diasaster!
