Older but reasonably priced hotel. Pros: Price, location, breakfast. Cons: Don't know how to get the "old" smell out but that would be nice. Bathroom could have been cleaner but was ok. Location: Near Tacoma dome. While it may be a smoke free hotel at this time, it obviously wasn't in the past. Halls and our room smelled of old smoke. Furniture a bit worn. Breakfast was nice. Room was very quiet. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Nice to have a fitness center.

Nice Hotel Pros: Quiet Cons: To ensure all rooms are smoke free. Location: Good location, close to many things including Emerald Queen Casino. Stay was nice. Quiet and nice staff that worked there. Hotel claimed it was smoke free. However when we walked into our room someone had definitely been smoking in it. We called down just to ensure we would not be charged for it. They apologized and offered to move us or ozone the room to get rid of smell.

Close to Tacoma Dome! If you want to be close to the Tacoma Dome this is the place to stay

Pros: Staff was friendly Cons: All of above Location: Ugly area, nothing to do nearby Didn't think bath should open into kitchen, also location of closet was off kitchen. Water dripped constantly from bath, unrestful sleep. Breakfast lousy, so apples, bananas or any type of meat

Very friendly, clean - but lots of freeway noise Pros: Friendly & efficient staff, clean, spacious, convenient, great price. Cons: Better noice reduction on freeway side of hotel. Conveniently located near the train station. Great price. Staff very friendly, with fast service. Room was clean and spacious. No microwave or mini frig. The only drawback is the freeway noise. Excellent hotel. Perfect location for our vacation. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was great

Pleasant stay Pros: The staff, the price and the bed was comfortable Cons: The room smell.....needs a good cleaning Location: Right off interstate. The location was great. The atmosphere of hotel was good. Our only complaint was our room smelled like out cigarette smoke. The smell was most disturbing for a non smoking room. Wash the walls and change out the rug and curtains and maybe that will help. The front desk staff were excellent as was the service in the breakfast room. Showing its age i'm pretty sure the hotel was built when I used to live here, which was back in the early 90's. It's definitely beginning to show it's age. The room was ok, nothing spectacular. The bed squeaked every time you looked at it. The wifi was dial up slow when it worked. It took 5 minutes before the hot water finally started to appear.
