Pleasant stay Pros: The staff, the price and the bed was comfortable Cons: The room smell.....needs a good cleaning Location: Right off interstate. The location was great. The atmosphere of hotel was good. Our only complaint was our room smelled like out cigarette smoke. The smell was most disturbing for a non smoking room. Wash the walls and change out the rug and curtains and maybe that will help. The front desk staff were excellent as was the service in the breakfast room. Showing its age i'm pretty sure the hotel was built when I used to live here, which was back in the early 90's. It's definitely beginning to show it's age. The room was ok, nothing spectacular. The bed squeaked every time you looked at it. The wifi was dial up slow when it worked. It took 5 minutes before the hot water finally started to appear.

One night stand! Stayed there when attended to a concert @ Tacoma Dome. Pros: It's about 5 min of the Dome by taxi and 15min walking. There was plenty of taxis downstairs, so no need to wait. Room was big. Cons: Old hotel. The room had a terrible smell of cigarettes. We had to sleep with the window open, which was not very pleasant since the hotel faces the highway. Great price and nice free breakfast bufet. I would definitely stay here again. Clean rooms. Very nice staff. Fairly close to the Tacoma dome. Nice clean pool and spa. Ate at the on-site restaurant once and dinner fare was very good. Fitness center is small but okay. Expect it to be crowded at the usual morning and evening hours.

Nice Hotel, a bit isolated Pros: Price point - very reasonable , clean comfortable room, friendly staff. Basic, yet servicable fitness center and a small pool, passable breakfast. Cons: The stark glossy white walls and ceiling need to be updated with warmer colours and finishes, Location: Location is next to the Tacoma dome, but otherwise completely isolated from any sense of neighborhood or ambiance. Great location and reasonable price for a night while attending a concert at the T Dome. One might think about leaving the bar open after a rock concert (Eagles). Left a Kindle there and it was not turned in...hard to figure.

Cons: The menu in the bar could be improved. There were no vegetarian options except for french fries and potato salad. I liked the hotel lobby and the desk staff was friendly and helpful.
