Hotel was great ,staff was excellent,Room was exce Pros: Everthing Cons: NO Location: Nice Great!!!!!!! Ever thing was great.The people WAS so nice and the food was great.

The Zombie Convention Pros: It's proximity to downtown Tacoma and restaurant. Our guest speaker was kept up all night with young people traipsing through the halls playing Zombie games. There was a Zombie Convention during the course of his stay and had I known this, I would have put our guest in another hotel. Needless to say, he did not rest very well.

Pleasant for a basic stay Pros: Enjoyed the friendly staff at the front desk and in the dining area. Very attentive to customer satisfaction and service with a smile. Cons: The front entry could use a make over. The check-in could be done from touch screens built into podium like stands. Hide the busyness up front. The front desk staff was friendly and pleasant. Close to downtown Parking lot was crowded. Carpet and doors to rooms were dirty and / or dented. Room doors looked like numerous compromised search warrants were served on them. Room was clean and bed was firm. Bathroom sink would not drain. Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy.

Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet -- what more could you ask? The desk clerk went out of her way to accommodate us. The free continental breakfast, which was served in the restaurant, was ample (no waffle maker, but all the offerings were fresh and tasty). I think we might have been able to order off the breakfast menu instead, but we didn't ask. Nice view of downtown Seattle from...
