Too Much Outside Noise. Pros: employees Location: Too noisy. Could hear construction outside. the hotel would benefit from double pained windows to reduce noise.

Great Place! This was our first stay here, but we hope to be able to stay again. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable, there were two chairs to sit in and they were comfy too. The location was perfect and access to everywhere we wanted to go was easy. We had a delightful stay.

Great hotel for regional business. Pros: Location Cons: Parking Location: It's in a commercial area, close enought to the city to easily go where you want. Close to SETAC airport, as well. The hotel is well-located, near the freeway. Continental breakfast was sufficient and met my needs. I would absolutely use that hotel again.

Great location Pros: Clean rooms Cons: i wouldn't walk in the neighborhood after dark Location: close to tacoma dome, EQC Great location to Emerald Queen, walking distance or about 7 bucks for a cab. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful, even allowing an early checkin. Breakfast was great. We even had dinner there, which was also good. Clean room, bed was comfortable enough, with generous pillows, which i like in a hotel room. Have stayed there before and look forward to staying again

Staff was friendly. Close to freeway you could hear traffic however was still able to sleep. Continental breakfast was sparse yet provided the basic essentials. Overall stay was average.
