Great Place! This was our first stay here, but we hope to be able to stay again. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable, there were two chairs to sit in and they were comfy too. The location was perfect and access to everywhere we wanted to go was easy. We had a delightful stay.
Great hotel for regional business. Pros: Location Cons: Parking Location: It's in a commercial area, close enought to the city to easily go where you want. Close to SETAC airport, as well. The hotel is well-located, near the freeway. Continental breakfast was sufficient and met my needs. I would absolutely use that hotel again.
Great location Pros: Clean rooms Cons: i wouldn't walk in the neighborhood after dark Location: close to tacoma dome, EQC Great location to Emerald Queen, walking distance or about 7 bucks for a cab. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful, even allowing an early checkin. Breakfast was great. We even had dinner there, which was also good. Clean room, bed was comfortable enough, with generous pillows, which i like in a hotel room. Have stayed there before and look forward to staying again
Staff was friendly. Close to freeway you could hear traffic however was still able to sleep. Continental breakfast was sparse yet provided the basic essentials. Overall stay was average.
Good stay They had a nice continental breakfast in the morning. It is a good location by the highway and easy to get around. Found some hairs in my room when I first got there and the air/heater system was loud. The staff was all super friendly.
Great place to stay for concert goers. Pros: Nice staff in all areas, lounge front desk and restaurant. Cons: Didn't have a negative experience. Location: Perfect location for concert goers, appreciated that the staff made sure taxi cabs were available for the venue at the Tacoma Dome. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, slept very well.
Like Staying with Friends. Location: Walking distance to the Tacoma Dome. Great place to stay for an event. Excellent staff; friendly and courteous. Attentive assistance even when eating at the complimentary continental breakfast.
