I enjoyed my undisturbed stay! Breakfast was plentiful and a delight. The infused lemon water was delicious and convenient. My room was pristine. The staff was nice and always smiling. I'd stay again and recommend it. Thank you. I needed a quick getaway to rest my mind.
We stay quite a lot do to my husband’s cancer and we live so far away. Rooms are clean and staff is quick to satisfy your needs. Their breakfast buffet is top notch between hard boiled eggs and, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and waffles their is also yogurt, bagels, toast and muffins with butter, cream cheese, peanut butter and jelly, fresh fruit and cereal! We don’t have to worry about missing lunch! Best yet it has a big indoor pool.
As a heart transplant recipient at Westchester Medical Center we have used another hotel for the last 9 years. Because of all the good reviews we decided to give Baymont a try. Wonderful lady checked us in who was so nice. Room was clean and everything we needed was there. Only wished we could figure out the channels on the TV and that the refrigerator had a little freezer. Those are not big issues. Loved the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the bathroom. Breakfast was as good as the other hotel we stayed at and left... read more
Clean, comfortable room with convenient location. Very grateful to the staff, especially their assistance with accommodating my date change due to car trouble. They worked with me through the third party booking obstacles and even got me a better price! They checked in with me after arrival to make sure everything was satisfactory. A very pleasing level of customer service, often overlooked presently
Stayed for two nights and everything was great. Very happy with our room and location of the hotel. The rooms were clean and had no issues. Breakfast was average; nothing great.
