I have stayed here many times It is central to everything Clean ,pleasant ,efficient and professional On this particular stay the night desk clerk and the housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and nice
Beds were so comfortable
The property is nice and convenient to White Plains. The layout of the hotel is not conventional because it is built into a hill,but this was fine and the look and feel of the hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. My only difficulty with the hotel is that the breakfast bar had lower grade foods, such as paper thin bacon and eggs that did not appear to be real eggs. Just up your game in this area and the hotel would move to the next level.
Room was dated but clean. A few broken items in the room. Housekeeping checked on us everyday but before 9 am even on checkout day. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside besides the few broken items was our hallway (and only ours) reeked of weed the entire 3 days.
We booked this hotel as it’s conveniently located to Sleepy Hollow and had a pool for the kids. The pool has odd hours of 2pm-10pm, and the pool area was filthy. The rooms are decent if you aren’t staying in them for long periods of time. Breakfast is included and there is a dunkin nearby. Would likely find other accommodations in the future.
The staff at check in was kind and the room clean and had all the basic amenities.
Just staying overnight, so unable to check out all facilities
The rooms and the hospitality was amazing.
Everything was great, would have preferred a vent in the bathroom, otherwise I’m glad we stayed there and would stay again.
