The room had a moldy,musty smell that my family just could not stand. We left within a hour of being there. Another reason for low rating I would say customer service also needs be improved as front desk didn't even offer any other options to help us.
Joe at the front desk was rude and hateful. When I went to check in, I said I had FEMA. He then said he needed my social security card. I was informed by FEMA that no one would ask for our full social and only last 4 digits social, FEMA # and drivers license. When I couldn't give him my social security card he said he couldn't book and wouldn't. I told him it was 8:30pm and I had 3 kids in the car and pregnant and just wanted to sleep after loosing a lot due to Hurricane Harvey. He laughed and smiled and said " when you hit ... read more
