Purchased my BadBoy mower several years ago and their service department is outstanding and my mower is always serviced. 2025 wanted to arrange for service and needed it done fairly quickly they were too busy. So took it elsewhere (Pineville Power Sports on Main St) when returned our power seat was cut in 2 places. The new seat is $775 and will be suspending the payment of almost $900 until we get this resolved and I get a new seat.
I've always received good customer service here. We purchased a heavy duty mower from them several years ago and have had it serviced by them several times. Out of the way, but worth the drive.
I live in Winnsboro, LA, and I trust these people so much that I make the drive down to Alex at the end of each mowing season to have my mower fully maintained, because I have full confidence that it will be done 100 per cent right, and in a timely manner.
So thankful I found these guys, they are fast efficient and friendly. Being older I truly appreciate having a business that I am comfortable with, and knowing that honestly and fairness is important to Lacaze. Thanks for your help!
Excellent service, great selection, and trustworthy employees who go above and beyond making sure the customer is fully satisfied with their service, product, and price. You can get them serviced there also best times to get them is the winter time to get them back asap.
