My parents downsized and moved into Lady Joyce. It was stressful, but the staff were great during the entire move in process, from showing the place to settling in. They enjoy living there, the service has been great, and the staff and other residents are friendly. Overall, would recommend it highly.

I was one of the first people to rent my apartment 10 years ago! Since Skyline took over-the service is excellent-issues are felt within reasonable time! The staff is friendly and helpful:)

We’ve lived here for just over 2 years and are very happy with our decision. The suites are beautifully appointed, the building is very well maintained and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We love it here!

I have been a resident here for almost a year. I do wish to say that our new resident manager, Povi , is a breath of fresh air, everyone I talk to says the same. Knowing we will be missing her 3 days a week for sometime does not make any of us happy, we need her here. Also with that loss Rhonda will have many more duties to preform and should have a longer time period in the office, on those days, paid of course.
