Although I had set up and had received text notifications, for some reason, the first Therapist scheduled did not notify me via text, but sent me email messages canceling my first 2 appointments! Luckily, I saw the 1st email before going, but not the 2nd and I showed up to the office, only to be turned away. Bad and sad experience. If my "condition" would've been serious, that wouldn't have turned out well. HOWEVER, I changed Therapists and met Mr. Bagley. He's open, thoughtful, and thought-provoking. VERY good experience. Mr. Bagley is the worst therapist I'd met, sorry. And I feel bad for a bad review, I can't not say anything though, he needs to be avoided. He talks at you the entire appointment, repeats the same things each appointment, you don't get to speak. He did not have my best interests at heart, instead undermined, made things worse, and wasn't going to give the theraputic help to remedy anything, just wanted a stage. He said some terrible things. No wonder his schedule was so open. Big mistake, he made my life far worse.
