Troy is our regular delivery guy, and today he really went above and beyond. Despite facing a major winter storm, he was out making deliveries with a great attitude and total professionalism. He showed up on time, handled everything efficiently, and never once complained about the conditions. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. We truly appreciate Troy and the dedication he brings, especially on tough days like this.
I had a bottle for my grill filled at 1:30 and ordered a home delivery. A little after 4:00, Troy showed up and filled my farm tank. Troy has been delivering propane to me for the past 8 years. He’s always prompt and professional. He was working past quitting time but had enough on his truck to fill my tank, So he was happy to take care of my needs. I’ve always been happy with the service and plan on being a long time customer.
I wanted to thank Troy at LaFerry's Propane in Haskell. He is always prompt and courteous, and has been providing great service to us for many years! We have gates that we have to open so he can get to our tanks - he always calls to coordinate with us when he's on the way. He's fast and knows what he's doing. Always a pleasure to see a friendly face!
Before, during, and after storms, there are people who go above and beyond to help others and make sure they have what they need. Troy at LaFerry's in Haskell has done that for us for 11 years. He is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Thank goodness there are still people like him around to serve the public.
Troy is my service rep and always is prompt and professional. A year ago he went above and beyond. I had a gas leak that he located for the plumber to fix. After multiple problems with the plumber Troy came and worked with him to get my propane up and running. He even fixed mistakes that the plumber made to insure that my gas supply was safe and working efficiently. I'm always glad when I see that Troy is my service rep.
